Farmland Team Update

At Farmland Company our team is the main reason we provide dependable farm and ranch management across our service area. Our clients have come to depend on the consistent work behind the scenes to manage every facet of their farmland ownership legacy. At the same time we have also come to understand that times and seasons come and go and that includes the makeup of our team.

As of September 1st, we would like to sincerely thank and wish all the best of success to Shane Cole (farm manager) and Kristin Davis (office manager) who have recently separated from our team.

Additionally, we are excited for long time team member Amy Stinebaugh who will be modifying her role with our company to allow for more personal time to focus on her family. I am personally grateful for each of the incredible impacts that these individuals have made to each of us and for our clients over the years.

At the same time we express a warm welcome to Rachel Mildebrandt (April 2025 accounting and financial management) and Scott Winkler (August 2025 internal farm management and data analyst) who both come to us with extensive professional experience in their given roles.

Rachel who for many years lead the financial and accounting department of the inland northwest YMCA (multiple locations) brings an orderly and paced approach to each of the tasks she completes and will ensure the critical role of business accounting and funds management will be executed with precision for each of our farmland management clients.

Scott has worked in agriculture for several years, most recently with Farmers Business Network as well as Ag West (formerly Northwest Farm Credit) as a business/commercial lending and relationship manager. The experience he brings with USDA (FSA) as well as data systems management will play a key role in all that he does to organize and manage client farm information.

Please feel free to connect with us and help us welcome these new team members.
