Randolph Schaefer

Client Financial Accounting

Growing up on a farm in Spokane, Randolph developed a deep appreciation for hard work, integrity, and the value of community. That foundation has shaped both his personal life and professional career.

After college, he began his career with Wilbur-Ellis as a fieldman, where he gained firsthand experience working closely with growers and understanding the operational side of agriculture. Building on that experience, he transitioned into accounting and forecasting, and for more than 25 years helped businesses strengthen their financial position through careful analysis, strategic planning, and practical decision-making.

Beyond his professional work, he is deeply committed to community involvement. Randolph has been actively engaged in Scouting programs and has supported local initiatives through organizations being on the board of The Chamber of Commerce. Investing time in community development and mentorship has always been important to him.

At home, he loves being a husband and father. The same values that guide his family life commitment, trust, and long-term vision are the ones he brings to his clients and professional relationships every day.
